At American MFG, a HitchDoc Company, we understand that questions may arise as you install our products. Don’t hesitate to call our Customer Support Department if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for below.
HitchDoc Outdoors is your source for quality American made products for ATVs, UTVs, and other recreational vehicles. We proudly manufacture Eagle Plow Blades from American steel in the Midwest. Our products have stood the test of time and we stand behind our product.
A complete plow system consists of a mount, push tube and blade. We make it super easy for you to order by follow the Eagle Plow System purchasing guide here: Build Your Eagle Plow System.
To raise and lower the plow, you will need either a winch or a manual hand lift kit.
Any Eagle Blade will fit on any Eagle Plow System, we generally recommend the following blade sizes:
50″, 54″, 60″ – ATV
60″, 66″, 72″, 80″ – UTV
A good rule of thumb is to measure the width of your machine from outside to outside of the front tire stance. You will want to purchase a blade that is wider than the front tire stance so that when the blade is angled, it clears a path for the tires.
Yes! Eagle plows offer a self-contained hydraulic pack for the straight blades or V plow.
Our manufacturing facilities are in the Midwest and Eagle Plow blades are proudly made in the USA.
Have you ever wondered why the Eagle Plow blade features five adjustable positions? In this video, Tony from HitchDoc Outdoors answers a great question from Cody in Wyoming about how this design benefits your plowing experience.
The five-position adjustment allows you to customize the plow blade for your specific needs—whether you’re stockpiling snow with a straight setting or angling it left or right for windrowing or clearing your driveway.
